At Lulu and Georgia, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, most items can be returned within 60 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully repackage the item in its original box with all protective materials to ensure it arrives back at our warehouse in pristine condition.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your return and issue your refund.
